that reflect the motivations that drive our behavior and how these motivations change in conflict, identifies our
strengths and when they become a liability and reveals how personal filters can negatively impact our perceptions,
communications and leadership effectiveness. We look at the balance of creative and reactive tendencies as a road
map to development.
Leadership Development: Individual mentoring work with executives
begins with a real assessment of where one is today, where one would like to be and the steps to get there. We focus
on moving from management to real leadership; leadership where the manager models in their own behavior the
qualities they choose to see in others. This mentoring is based on one-on-one dialogues that form a foundation for
positive growth. The results will range from greater organization, clearer expression of purpose and vision,
fostering of teams, effective communication to more decisive, effective leadership.
Team Building: Customized Group/Team sessions designed to build
trust, commitment, efficient conflict management, accountability, and results orientation. As this work often

Executive Bio: Bob Bunshaft
After leaving corporate life in 2004, Bob created Source Consulting to offer his unique perspective and management philosophy
combined with over 30 years of business experience. Uniquely skilled in strategic coaching, Bob helps executives and organizations
frame and redefine their vision/mission while offering numerous modalities to improve leadership and team dynamics.
He uses tools to help clients evaluate their styles, the impact of those styles on others, and how to make changes to be more
effective individually and as a group. This translates into more authentic leadership, alignment around the vision/mission,
improved team communication, reduced conflict, increased job satisfaction and more effective teamwork.
Bob held key executive level marketing and management positions in the entertainment industry including Rhino Records and
the Warner Music Group and was President of Pacific Arts Publishing. In addition, he co-founded Boston Proper,
a successful Direct Marketing Company.
He successfully led online and offline marketing efforts in both the consumer and B-to-B environments through in-depth knowledge
of the process, a coaching orientation towards management, and dynamic team building.
Bob's mission is to integrate basic business practices with the development of greater personal awareness allowing for one's highest
qualities to play an active and practical part in an executive's and business's management behavior and strategic thinking.
Greater Awareness means knowing who you are in the work place and at home, what motivates you and your team, what is the dynamic
of the team and how to enhance the dynamic of the team so you are more effective. As executives and teams become more aware,
they recognize better choices and decide on strategies that manifest greater personal and corporate success.
Executive Bio: Alan Shelton
After a long career balanced between leadership management and organizational execution, Alan joined Source Consulting to meet the market
demand for his advisory skills. Alan's coaching career began with CEO process groups and evolved into a multifaceted ability to design and
execute change projects for corporate cultures. Alan helps executives create management teams that embrace bottom line results with awareness.
Alan's approach utilizes a variety of modalities that includes assessment tools to establish and monitor the leadership values embraced by the
management team. The end result is efficient execution of the company strategy as well as radical enhancement in the well being of the corporate
culture.
Alan's career has emphasized providing on-site, long-term advisory infrastructure to emerging growth companies and merger/acquisition candidates.
His industry experience includes high technology, software, telecommunications, distribution and financial services. He participated in engagements
to locate rounds of financing, form management teams, serve on advisory boards, as well as varying roles as CEO or CFO for companies engaged in funding
or exit strategies. These functions dovetailed with tax strategy and structural advice emerged from his technical background.
Early in his career Alan joined The Executive Committee (TEC), a CEO resource group, and remained a member for many years. The group's function was to
provide fellow CEO's with an all day, once a month working board of directors. As such, Alan was involved in all issues surrounding these companies and
their CEO's. In addition to participating as a TEC member, he was a featured speaker to various groups of CEO's throughout the country on the topic of
taking a company public or preparing for acquisition. He also functioned as a Chairman and facilitator to these groups.
Alan's ultimate contribution to corporate change philosophy has been the recognition of personal awareness as a key to leadership. He noticed along the
way that organizations seemed to bump up against a glass ceiling in their development. Over time it became obvious that an organization could rise no
higher than that of its principal leaders. The expansion of any corporate organization is absolutely dependent on the expansiveness of its decision makers.
The obvious corollary held true that an expansion of leadership clarity ushered in change that resulted in met objectives for the management team. In times
of turbulent economics, companies cannot afford to not engage in the leadership development of their own management teams. Those are the companies that now
seek out Alan's expertise.
